WeAreMENA Encounters bring together youth leaders from our member organizations to build a powerful and growing network. Together, we participate in bilateral and multilateral exchanges. Together, through dialogue programs, youth partnerships, and other immersive experiences, we build relationships that serve as the foundation for meaningful cooperation.

Our Encounters program welcomes youth delegations from one MENA country to network with their counterparts from other MENA countries. Multi-day cross-cultural leadership experiences and exchange programs for young leaders foster cultural, religious, and national understanding. Through extensive cross-cultural dialogue, Encounters lead to long-term collaborations and co-created projects. Examples of follow-up initiatives include:

A climate-focused exhibition
A regional anti-xenophobia pedagogical program
Holocaust education in Muslim societies
Workshops on resilience and rehumanization
