Our Annual Leadership Summit convenes directors from all our member organizations to

lay the foundation for our strategic planning, review the year’s progress, welcome new member organizations, and develop new bilateral and multilateral collaborations.

Over the course of this three days, we gather to reflect on the year’s progress in leadership training for youth, dream about new collaborations, inspire one another, and brainstorm effective regional youth leadership projects. Our approach is to forge multilateral partnerships across the region, meaningful relationships with structured collaboration, shared goals, and a long-term framework for impact.
